Lisa began her career in Podiatry in 2015, initially working independently to accommodate the needs of her young family. In 2018, she joined the NHS in East London, where she developed extensive experience in a variety of clinical areas including wound care, routine foot health, diabetic foot assessments, nail surgery, and domiciliary visits.
In 2022, she transitioned to the NHS Mid-Essex Podiatry team and more recently became part of the Podiatric Surgery team in Braintree. In her current role, she works part-time within the surgical team, managing pre-operative assessments, administering local anaesthetic injections, prescribing medications, and overseeing post-operative wound care and recovery.
She currently divides her time between NHS surgical podiatry and private practice, a balance that allows her to maintain a high standard of patient-centred care while continuing to develop her skills in both community and surgical settings.
Lisa has a busy family life with 3 grown up daughters and 2 sons in primary and secondary school. She enjoys Pilates and yoga when time allows.
Lisa is registered with the Health and Professional Council and a member of the Royal College of Podiatry.
