Annie Russell

Osteopath

Annie completed her first degree in Applied Health and Science at Swansea University before qualifying as an Osteopath at the London School of Osteopathy. She has experience working in both the NHS and private practice and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

Alongside her Osteopathy training, Annie has completed additional qualifications in Clinical Pilates and Kinesiology Taping. She has a particular interest in rehabilitation, movement quality, sports injuries and injury prevention, helping patients improve strength, confidence and long-term resilience.

Having competed in gymnastics and now cheerleading (sports acrobatics), Annie understands the importance of efficient movement and effective rehabilitation. She enjoys helping people of all ages return to the activities they love, whether that’s sport, work or simply everyday life without pain.

Annie takes a holistic approach to patient care, carrying out a thorough assessment that considers not only symptoms, but also lifestyle, occupation, hobbies and day-to-day stresses. Her treatment combines hands-on techniques to reduce pain and improve joint mobility with personalised exercise programmes and Clinical Pilates principles, empowering patients to manage their condition and maintain long-term improvements.

Outside the clinic, Annie enjoys beach walks, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
