Annie completed her first degree in Applied Health and Science at Swansea University before pursuing her Osteopathy degree at the London School of Osteopathy. She has experience in both the NHS and private sectors and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
A Kinesiology taping qualification has led to a growing interest in Sports Injuries. She has always been a keen sports woman, and is currently competing in Cheerleading (sports acrobatics).
Annie takes a holistic approach to patient care, through conducting thorough questioning and assessment, taking into account hobbies, occupation and daily stresses. She uses hands on treatment to reduce tension and mobilise joints, along with education and tailored exercises to help patients effectively manage their pain.
In her spare time, Annie enjoys beach walking, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
