This page is to inform you about what to expect. Please take time to read this through.
Your healthcare professional will go through an assessment and identify the risks and benefits of treatment. Please be aware that your appointment time is approximate and may be shorter or longer than stated depending on what is needed. It also includes time taken to write your records, which are a legal requirement.
If you have booked for Osteopathy, Physiotherapy or Massage Therapy, you may be required to partially undress (depending on your problem) so please wear suitable underwear. Alternatively, you could wear shorts and a vest top or other light/loose fitting clothing which we may be able to work around. You may wish to bring a towel or blanket to use as a modesty covering when you are being
treated. If you are attending for podiatry/chiropody, no towel is necessary.
Your therapist will discuss your treatment with you and ask for your consent at every stage. We will provide clear and easy to understand information to help you make the right decision for your healthcare. You can decline to consent at any stage, and this will be respected.
You are welcome to bring a friend or family member with you. Please be aware that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, step-parents/grandparents or other family friends/relatives are not legally entitled to give consent for a child’s treatment, which is why they must have their parent or legal guardian with them.

We are located behind the Oakhouse Bar/Restaurant, along the pathway next to the church. You can see us on a map at the bottom of the page. If you have any difficulty finding us please don’t hesitate to call 01621 842750 and we can help you.
Cancellations
We have a cancellation policy. Any cancellation made with at least 24hours notice, is free of charge.
Cancellation with less than 24hours notice given may be subject to a 50% charge, and non-attendance without notice may be subject to the full price of the appointment.
